The ability of ethnic minority women to capitalise on the opportunities presented in the tourism sector remains constrained by the inaccessibility of key skills development services. This intervention seeks to strengthen the provision of public-sector funded training opportunities in terms of quality, relevance and the sustainability of delivery models. This will be complemented by support to the development of tailored, task-oriented training services from specialist national and local providers targeting specific needs of ethnic minority businesswomen and entrepreneurs.
